-Lurid Crime Tales-
United Airlines passenger attempts to enter cockpit, open exit doors during takeoff
[FoxBusinessNews] United Airlines flight 1641 was preparing to depart from Chicago O'Hare for Los Angeles (LAX) Friday night.
Nuts, drunk, or another case of Sudden Jihad Syndrome?
A passenger on a United Airlines flight Chicago to Los Angeles was arrested Friday after trying to enter the cockpit and open the exit doors, the Federal Aviation Administration confirmed to Fox News Digital.

In a statement, the FAA said that United Airlines flight 1641 was forced to return to the gate at Chicago O'Hare International Airport after a passenger disrupted takeoff plans Friday at 9 p.m. CT.

Limited details were immediately available, but the FAA said the unruly passenger unsuccessfully tried to enter the cockpit and open the exit doors.

Law enforcement was waiting for the passenger upon the Boeing 737's return to the gate.

United Airlines echoed the FAA's statement, saying that the flight continued to Los Angeles International Airport once the unruly passenger was arrested.

The Chicago police and TSA did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

#1  More from another source:
The shortlived incident was, however, enough for United to relay a so-called Level 4 threat to a number of its aircraft which were flying at the time.

A Level 4 threat is the most serious threat level and denotes an attempted or actual breach of the flight deck. Some United flights were reportedly put into lockdown, and additional security arrangements were put in place to secure the flight deck against intruders.

Communists demand end to 'Christian fascism' at chaotic school board meeting over parental notification policy
[FoxNews] The Orange Unified School District approved a parental notification policy, late Thursday

Chaos erupted at a Southern California district's school board meeting Thursday, when communist protesters clashed with parents' rights activists.

At the meeting, the Orange Unified School Board passed a parental notification policy similar to ones passed in five other districts across the state, that would require staff to notify parents when their child identifies as transgender.

Before the deciding vote, members of the Revolutionary Communist Party disrupted the event, with one shouting down supporters with a megaphone. This led to a shouting match between both sides before the communist protesters were ushered out by officers, the Los Angeles Times reported.

During the open-comment portion before the disruption, a woman who identified herself as a member of the radical group objected to discussing the policy with "fascists."

"We're getting organized for a real revolution to get rid of the system," she told the audience. "Any kind of trying to negotiate with any of these fascists in the room, on the board, is illegitimate."

She then called for anyone "with humanity for LGBTQ people" to "get ready for a revolution to overthrow this whole system that gave birth to this White supremacy and this male supremacy."

Videos of the speakers were shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, by Protect Kids California activist Jonathan Zachreson.

The school board ultimately voted to pass the policy shortly before midnight on Thursday. The resolution passed unanimously, after three board members who were opposed to the measure walked out in protest.

The vote came one day after California Attorney General Rob Bonta sued Chino Valley Unified School District for passing a similar policy in July, arguing these policies "unconstitutionally discriminate" against LGBTQ students and violate their privacy rights.

The Revolutionary Communist Party told Fox News Digital the two speakers were Michelle Xai and Lucha Bright, "revcoms (revolutionary communists) and members of the Revolution Club, Los Angeles."

Afghanistan
Schoolteacher Slain by Nomads in Panjshir Province
[8am] Local sources in Panjshir province have reported the murder of a schoolteacher by a nomadic primitive armed with a firearm.

According to reports obtained by Hasht-e Subh, this incident occurred unexpectedly on Friday, September 8th, in the Ab-Goman area of Parian district in Panjshir province.

The victim, identified as Dadullah, was not only a dedicated schoolteacher but also worked as a taxi driver alongside his teaching duties.

Sources have indicated that two nomadic individuals, apparently hiring Dadullah’s vehicle, lured him into their company and subsequently ambushed him on the road.

However,
there is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened...
local Taliban
...mindless ferocity in a turban...
officials in Panjshir claim that this murder stemmed from prior hostilities and enmities.

Mawlana Nasrullah Malikzada, the head of the Taliban’s information and culture department in Panjshir, revealed that about 15 years ago, Dadullah’s uncle had killed a close associate of these two nomads in the same district.

Malikzada further added that one of the suspects in the murder has been detained by the Taliban, while another managed to escape.

It is worth noting that since the resurgence of the Taliban in Afghanistan, nomadic communities have occasionally engaged in retaliatory actions against the country’s citizens with the support of the group’s fighters.

2 former Afghan military officers killed, one fer sure by Talibs

Taliban Kill Former Military Officer After Two Days of Detention in Kapisa Province

[8am] Local sources in Kapisa province have reported that the Taliban
...the Pashtun equivalent of men...
killed a former military officer after detaining him for two days in the province.

Sources speaking to Hasht-e Subh revealed that the former military officer, identified as Mohammad Akbar, was killed by the Taliban on Friday, September 8.

According to sources, the Taliban detained Mohammad Akbar on Wednesday night, September 6, from his home in Ali Khail village in the center of Kapisa.

Mohammad Akbar was a former officer in the previous government’s army and had been previously detained and imprisoned by the Taliban three times on charges of collaborating with gangs opposed to the Taliban.

Sources further added that this former military officer had no affiliations with any group and was known to be seeking amnesty under the Taliban’s general amnesty claims in the country.

The detention, torture, and killing of former military personnel and government officials by the Taliban are not new occurrences.

Previously, human rights
...which are usually entirely different from personal liberty...
organizations had expressed concerns about the detention, torture, and execution of former government military personnel by the Taliban, but these claims have consistently been denied by the Taliban.

Unknown Gunmen Shoot Former Military Officer Dead in Balkh

[8am] Local sources in Balkh Province have reported that unidentified button men shot and killed a former government military officer in the region.

Sources speaking to Hasht-e Subh have disclosed that the former military officer was named Faiz Mohammad and was brutally killed on Thursday, September 7th, in his residence in the Kart-e-Sulh area of the seventh district of Mazar-e-Sharif city by unidentified button men.

Faiz Mohammad had served as an officer in the Ministry of Interior of the previous government.

While the motives and perpetrators behind Faiz Mohammad’s murder remain unclear at this time, sources have implicated the Taliban
...mindless ferocity in a turban...
in the killing of this former government official.

This incident adds to a series of similar events since the resurgence of the Taliban in Afghanistan, where numerous former government officials and military personnel have been targeted and killed in various parts of the country. Human rights organizations have accused the Taliban of being complicit in such incidents.

In a recent development, the United Nations
...aka the Oyster Bay Chowder and Marching Society...
Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) released a report on August 22nd, stating that from August 15th, 2021, to June 30th, 2023, they have documented at least 800 cases of extrajudicial killings, arbitrary detentions, torture, and enforced disappearances of government officials and military personnel.

Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson for the Taliban, denied the findings of the UNAMA report regarding the massacres and torture of former officials and military personnel by their forces but acknowledged instances of "personal vengeance" against former government officials.

Daily Evacuation Brief September 10, 2023
[AfghanDigest] LAST 24 HOURS
  • TORKHAM GATE STILL SHUT – While several meetings have taken place between Taliban and Pakistani officials have taken place, the crossing remained closed for a third day on Saturday. Afghan officials have called for the gate to be reopened immediately. Still, it appears that Pakistani officials are poised to use the impasse as a bargaining chip in its struggle to deny TTP terrorists safe havens in Afghanistan. The Taliban embassy in Islamabad has called on the government to reopen the gate and relieve the backlog of stranded commercial vehicles that are lined up on both sides of the border. However, Pakistani Foreign Ministry personnel have maintained that the gate’s reopening could hinge on a Taliban commitment to tackle the TTP problem that is undeniably hindering relations.

  • US RELEASES INTELLIGENCE ESTIMATE ABOUT AL QAEDA IN AFGHANISTAN – US officials maintain that al Qaeda is unlikely to regain a foothold in Afghanistan and said that Taliban counter-ISIS operations have seriously degraded its ability to project power. The assessment is being questioned in some intelligence circles as it is not clear how the US has collected information pertaining to either organization. Every neighboring state has continued to call on the international community to keep an eye on terror threats from Afghanistan. Both al Qaeda and ISIS-K have been mentioned in these calls by name. It is not clear how healthy US intelligence networks that may remain in Afghanistan actually are. Many of the former members of the intelligence apparatus from the previous regime have plainly stated they have not had contact with any of their former US colleagues, despite making repeated attempts to do so. The US administration has made it very clear that it wants to put Afghanistan in the rearview mirror and the US President has gone so far as to say that al Qaeda is no longer in Afghanistan. Skeptics say the intelligence community in the US could simply be following the administration’s lead and are ignoring the persistent claims by neighboring states, who likely have robust human intelligence assets in Afghanistan.

  • WHERE IS THE TALIBAN PRIME MINISTER? – Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, the acting Prime Minister for the Taliban has been missing after a two-month hiatus that began on 17 July. The Taliban say he is still unwell and cannot take meetings or fulfill his duties at this point. Analysts believe his absence is having a negative impact on both the domestic and foreign relations front.

NEXT 24 HOURS
TEMPERS AT TORKHAM COULD FLARE – As traders and non-combatants wait for the gate to reopen, it is possible that limited protests could take place. Interviews of many of the truck drivers on the Pakistan side of the border illustrated the frustrations they were facing. Some independent owners of commercial vehicles said that unless the crossing was opened by Monday, their cargo would spoil and they would lose profits they need to support their families. Many of those interviewed directed their anger at Pakistani officials. It is possible that protests could manifest if the situation remains deadlocked much longer. We do not envision a significant threat of violence but those at-risk Afghans who may be on either side of the border are advised to leave the area should crowds begin forming. Security forces on either side of the border have historically employed their weapons to deal with such threats.

Daily Evacuation Brief | September 9, 2023

[AfghanDigest] LAST 24 HOURS
  • US SAYS IT WILL BEGIN PROCESSING ASYLUM APPLICATIONS MORE QUICKLY – The US Department of Homeland Security has reportedly agreed to review applications of Afghans who came to the US more quickly. It didn’t do so willingly. The announcement was made after a settlement in a class-action lawsuit was reached on 6 September. The class-action suit was filed on behalf of 7 Afghans and alleged their cases were unlawfully delayed. The Department has been widely criticized for its abysmal performance throughout the Afghanistan crisis and several additional class-action suits are expected to be filed soon. Many Afghans and evacuating groups were bilked out of money that was never returned for the disastrous Humanitarian Parole offer that was made early in the evacuation.

  • BADAKHSHAN OPERATIONS – Several unconfirmed reports suggest that more arrests have been made in the Province as the Taliban has launched an unspecified round-up operation that seems to be targeting possible supporters of Resistance groups. The most recent report claimed that over thirty people are now under arrest and are primarily composed of former government officials and former military personnel. It is said that all have been taken to Kabul. It is not clear what threat the Taliban is responding to and further information is eagerly awaited.

  • ACTIVIST/POET ZABIH AYAR RELEASED FROM PRISON – Yesterday evening, the writer, poet, and civil rights activist Zabih Ayar was reportedly released from prison after a four-month stay. Several members of Ayar’s family posted the news of his release on their social media accounts. His release spurred calls for the Taliban to release other political prisoners who have been in detention in Afghanistan.

  • TORKHAM STILL CLOSED – Negotiations have stalled between the Taliban and Islamabad over the situation at Torkham Gate and it was closed for a third day yesterday. It is not clear what is holding up the talks and several thousand people have queued on both sides of the border in anticipation of its reopening. An anonymous official in Kabul said the negotiations are being carried out at the ‘highest levels’ but would not divulge any further details.

NEXT 24 HOURS
BADAKHSHAN SECURITY OPERATION – If recent reports about large-scale arrests in Badakhshan prove to be true, at-risk Afghans in the Northern Province would be wise to maintain a low profile until more is known about the spate of recent arrests that locals have said are taking place. To date, the arrests are said to have occurred in Yaftal, Faizabad, Shuhada, Arghanjukhah, and Baharak Districts. It is believed that all those arrested had ties to the former regime and many had served in the military.

krazed killers.

The target was al-Shabaab bases, but not clear if the local civilians suffered casualties as a result of the bombardment which comes amid intensified military operations in Somalia.

The Kenyan military is yet to release a statement regarding the shelling of the civilian areas in the Gedo region, which saw frequent attacks that killed dozens of villagers in the past.

The KDF is part of the AU mission in Somalia, serving in Jubaland state, where they are protecting Ahmed Madobe, leader of the regional state bases in the Kismayo

The Kenyan forces face accusations of indiscriminate air bombing of civilian areas in Gedo, where many people bit the dust, infrastructure was destroyed, and dozens maimed.

KDF battling al-Shabaab under the banner of ATMIS fired heavy artillery striking an al-Shabaab base in a small town in Gedo, southwestern Somalia.

Kenya’s army has increased campaigns in the Gedo region, a region which is used by al-Shabaab as a launching pad for most of their attacks targeting its territory, mainly north.

murderous Moslems, two local leaders said on Friday after the fighters sought refuge in a house compound containing a family.

Diverging accounts of the incident emerged, with Somalia's state broadcaster reporting that a woman and two children were killed by a landmine the turbans had hidden in a house in the village of El-Lahelay in Galgadud state.

The state news agency SONNA reported that the three slain turbans were big shots of al Qaeda-linked al-Shabaab, including Olol Ali Guled, the supposed commander of the group in Galgadud.

They were killed in a "special operation" on Wednesday night, SONNA reported, without mentioning the use of a drone or the killing of the family.

The U.S. military's Africa Command (AFRICOM), which has been helping the Somali government in its yearlong offensive against al-Shabaab, confirmed three turbans were killed and that AFRICOM had evacuated injured civilians.

"Unfortunately, civilians were maimed and killed in the vicinity of the operation," AFRICOM said in a statement. "U.S. forces were not onsite for the operation and did not conduct air strikes during or in support of the operation."

A drone had tracked the turbans to a house in El-Lahelay, which belonged to one of their relatives, local leader Farah Aden told Rooters by phone.

"They were seated outside the house and were busy enjoying meat and rice. As they ate the meat, the drone struck them. The house was not struck and civilians were not targeted. The civilians were hit by the shrapnel of the bomb," Aden said.

Al-Shabaab and the government communications minister did not immediately respond to Rooters requests for comment.

Egypt, Israel agree to increase surveillance towers on borders: Sources
What, again? Last time Egypt claimed their guy was nobly chasing drug smugglers, it turned out he had suddenly decided to embark on jihad. From a week ago.
[AlAhram] Egypt and Israel have agreed to increase surveillance cameras and towers on the border, Saudi TV channel al-Arabiya reported on Sunday, citing sources.

One Egyptian border security personnel and three members of the Israeli forces responsible for border security were killed in the early hours of Saturday. The incident also left two other Israeli soldiers injured.

It all started when an Egyptian border security personnel, chasing drug smugglers, crossed the border between Egypt and Israel, only to be killed in the ensuing crossfire, according to a statement by the Spokesman of the Egyptian Armed Forces, Gharib Abdel-Hafez Gharib, on Saturday evening.

Gharib noted that operations to search and secure the area have not ceased and that all the legal proceedings relevant to the incident were being taken.

In a phone call, Egypt’s Minister of Defence and Military Production, General Mohammed Zaki, discussed Saturday the circumstances that led to the incident with Israeli Minister of Defence Yoav Gallant.

The two ministers also discussed coordination to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future, according to the Egyptian military front man.

Germany arrests 2 Syrian rebel jihadists over alleged terror ties

, who is accused of war crimes against Shiites

German prosecutors Thursday announced the arrests of two Syrians suspected of belonging to foreign terrorist organizations, including the alleged leader of a rebel group which joined Islamic State.

Amer A. and Basel O. were detained in Kiel and Munich on Wednesday and placed in pre-trial detention, federal prosecutors said in a statement.

Amer A. is alleged to have founded the "Liwa Jund al Rahman" in 2013 in the Syrian province of Deir Ezzor. His fighters "repeatedly engaged in hostilities against the Syrian army," it said.

In June 2013, Amer A.’s fighters joined other jihadist groups in an attack on the eastern village of Hatlah that killed up to 60 Shiite residents.

Survivors were forced to flee "by intentionally stoking fears of death — also by means of arson and looting," prosecutors said.

Amer A. is suspected of having committed a war crime "by means of forced displacement" that "meant the end of all Shiite presence in Hatlah."

In 2014, Amer A. joined the IS jihadist group and placed his fighters and financial resources under IS authority, according to prosecutors.

Basel O. meanwhile is alleged to have held "a prominent military position" in Amer A.’s organization in 2013-2014. The suspect commanded combat units that fought Syrian troops, notably at Deir Ezzor’s military airfield, the statement said.

Germany has arrested several Syrians on its soil over crimes committed in their country.

One of the most high profile cases to be brought to trial was that of a former Syrian colonel who was in January 2022 found guilty of crimes against humanity committed in Damascus.

The May 9 riots were triggered in various parts across the country after the deposed prime minister and PTI's chairman Imran Khan
...aka The Great Khan, who ain't the sharpest bulb on the national tree...
was arrested in the £190 million settlement case. Hundreds of PTI workers and big shots were put behind bars for their involvement in violence and attacks on military installations.

During the protests, the miscreants targeted the civil and military installations including — Jinnah House and the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi.

The military termed May 9 "Black Day" and decided to try the protesters under the Army Act.

PTI chairman and the former prime minister who at present is imprisoned in Attock jail in the "cipher case", was also investigated by a special Joint Investigation Team (JIT) regarding the May 9 violence. The JIT had grilled Khan on offences under sections 121 (waging or attempting to wage war or abetting waging of war against Pakistain), 131 (abetting mutiny or attempting to seduce a soldier, sailor or airman from his duty) and 146 (rioting) mentioned in the first information report (FIR).

Turkish army kills two PKK Fighters in Kurdistan Region
[Shafaq News] The Counter Terrorism Group (CTG) in Iraqi Kurdistan reported that a Ottoman Turkish military drone carried out Arclight airstrike
...KABOOM!...
s on a detachment of Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) fighters within the Mawat district of Sulaymaniyah Governorate.

According to an official statement from the agency, the dronezap occurred at 10:00 am local time in the vicinity of the village of "Basawi" of Mawat, resulting in the death of two PKK forces of Evil and the injury of a third.

Earlier today, Kamran Hassan, the District Kaimakam, confirmed that airstrikes had targeted the village and ignited a fire in the area.

The conflict between PKK and The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor...
is long-running; the PKK is a Kurdish nationalist movement that seeks self-determination for the Kurdish people in Turkey. On the other hand, Turkey sees the PKK as a terrorist organization and has been engaged in a military campaign against it for decades.

The conflict began in the early 1980s when the PKK launched a guerrilla war against the Ottoman Turkish government. The competition has since claimed the lives of tens of thousands of people and has displaced millions more. The PKK has also been accused of terrorist attacks in Turkey and other countries.

In recent years, there have been some efforts to bring about a peaceful resolution to the conflict. However,
if you can't be a good example, then you'll just have to be a horrible warning...
these efforts have so far been unsuccessful. The PKK remains a potent force in Turkey, and the Ottoman Turkish government is unlikely to back down in its fight against the group.

IIS arrests ISIS member responsible for ''Lone Wolves'' recruitment
[Shafaq News] The Iraqi Intelligence Service (IIS) announced on Saturday the arrest of a member of ISIS responsible for recruiting and training individuals referred to as "lone wolves".

In a statement today, the agency, in coordination with the Counter-Terrorism Service, successfully apprehended ISIS member responsible for recruiting and training "lone wolves", as well as manufacturing explosives and suicide belts.

The statement clarified that the operation was based on precise intelligence and field surveillance, conducted within the framework of proactive efforts to ensure the security of the Arbaeen pilgrimage.

Furthermore, the Counter-Terrorism Service affirmed that it "arrested the terrorist based on accurate information from the IIS. He was responsible for disseminating ISIS's (legitimate) fatwas, inciting people to join the ranks of ISIS inside and outside Iraq, as well as spreading information and publications related to the organization."

According to the statement, the accused was involved in "disseminating instructions on how to prepare and manufacture explosives, suicide belts, improvised bombs, liquidation methods, lightning attacks, and the production of medium-sized weapons (launchers) using local materials. He also promoted news, releases, and statements related to ISIS and incited migration to the organization's controlled areas in Africa."

ISIS Lone Wolves, often referred to simply as "lone wolves," are individuals who carry out acts of terrorism or violence in support of the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) without direct coordination or communication with the central leadership of the organization. These individuals are typically radicalized and inspired by the ideology of ISIS but operate independently, making them difficult for security agencies to detect and prevent.

Lone wolves may carry out various forms of violence, including terrorist attacks, shootings, stabbings, or vehicle ramming, with the intent of furthering ISIS's goals and spreading fear. They are often self-radicalized through online propaganda, social media, or holy warrior literature and may act alone or in small, loosely connected groups.

The term "lone wolf" is used to describe individuals who act independently, without direct orders or support from a larger terrorist organization. They pose unique challenges for counterterrorism efforts because they may have fewer links to known holy warrior networks, making them harder to track and prevent.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
IDF soldiers enter Arab Israeli city against regulations, clash with locals; 5 hurt
[IsraelTimes] Military says troops were chasing after Paleostinians who infiltrated Israel via West Bank security barrier; incident under investigation

Israeli soldiers chasing after two Paleostinian suspects who infiltrated through the West Bank security barrier early Saturday entered the Arab Israeli city of Kafr Qasim and clashed with locals, lightly injuring five.

The Israel Defense Forces said the entry of troops to Kafr Qasim — a task that would normally be handled by police and not the army — was against regulations and the incident would be further investigated.

Surveillance camera footage from around 1:30 a.m. showed four Israeli soldiers walking down the streets of the city, pointing their weapons at civilians, engaging in physical altercations with some, and using a stun grenade.

According to the IDF, forces carrying out a patrol along the West Bank barrier, near the Paleostinian town of Azzun, spotted two Paleostinian suspects infiltrating Israel.

Troops launched a pursuit after the suspects into Kafr Qasim, where they then clashed with locals.

The IDF said the troops entered the city and spotted a group of locals, including one armed with a club.

During an altercation between the group and the troops, an officer seized the club from the man’s hand and used crowd dispersal means, the IDF said.

Hebrew-language media reported that five locals were taken to a hospital for treatment.

No soldiers were maimed, the IDF said.

According to Channel 13 news, in the morning hours, an army jeep arrived at the area of the incident. MK Walid Taha of the Islamist Ra’am party,
...the political party of the so-called Islamic Movement, the Muslim Brotherhood in Israel...
a resident of the city, arrived and attempted to question the driver who refused to identify himself, the network reported.

"The incident last night in which four soldiers entered the eastern neighborhood of Kfar Qasim without coordination with the local police, threw a stun grenade in the street and brutally attacked five people at the entrances to their homes, is a particularly serious and dangerous incident, which could have ended in a real disaster," Taha said on Twitter.

National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir of the far-right Otzma Yehudit party, who oversees the police, praised the soldiers in a statement on Saturday night.

"I read the IDF spokesperson’s announcement that ’the entry of troops into Kafr Qasim is against the regulations,’ and I am stunned. Kfar Qasem is exterritorial?!" Ben Gvir said.

"I give full support to our heroic troops, who, during operational activity, fulfilled their role and engaged. Our troops work day and night with dedication and while risking their lives, in order to maintain the safety and lives of the citizens of Israel and we are committed to providing them with full support. Let the IDF win," he added.

Several Paleostinian gunnies managed to enter Israel from the West Bank through gaps in the fence during a string of attacks in the spring of last year, whereupon the military deployed numerous units to the security barrier area.

The number of Paleostinians identified illegally crossing through the barrier dropped from around 30,000 a day in March 2022 to several hundred a day since April 2022, and down further to several dozen a day in recent months, according to the IDF.

Palestinian teen shot dead near West Bank army post, allegedly after hurling firebomb
[IsraelTimes] Military says forces stationed near al-Aroub refugee camp responded to several rioters with dispersal means and live fire

A Paleostinian teenager who allegedly hurled a Molotov cocktail at an army post in the West Bank was rubbed out on Saturday evening, the military and Paleostinian health officials said.

The Paleostinian Authority health ministry said 16-year-old Milad Munzir al-Raaei was fatally shot in the back at the entrance to the al-Aroub refugee camp, between Hebron and Bethlehem in the southern West Bank.

The Israel Defense Forces said a number of Paleostinians hurled Molotov cocktails at troops stationed at a post near al-Aroub.

"IDF soldiers responded with riot dispersal means and live fire," the military said, adding that at least one suspect was hit.

A military source said the IDF was aware of the PA’s report that the suspect had died.

The IDF added that no soldiers were hurt during the incident.

Violence has surged across the West Bank over the past year and a half, with a rise in Paleostinian shooting attacks against Israeli civilians and troops, near-nightly arrest raids by the military, and an uptick in Dire Revenge attacks by bad boy Jewish settlers against Paleostinians.

Paleostinian attacks in Israel and the West Bank since the beginning of the year have left 27 civilians and three soldiers dead, and several others seriously maimed.

According to a tally by The Times of Israel, 181 West Bank and East Jerusalem Paleostinians have been killed during the same period — the majority during festivities with security forces or while carrying out attacks, but some were uninvolved civilians and others were killed under unclear circumstances, including by armed Israeli settlers.

Masses rally against overhaul ahead of court showdown; car rams protesters in Tel Aviv
[IsraelTimes] Over 100,000 rally in city, days before key hearings on overhaul’s reasonableness law; woman injured as vehicle hits protesters blocking Ayalon Highway
Movement for Quality Government in Israel (MQG) is this cycle’s version of V15 (for Victory 15, 2015 being the last election Bibi won against the will of a Democratic president), both names being astroturf fig leaves for its true identity as the Israeli branch of the Washington, DC-based OneVoice Movement founded by Progressive multi-billionaire Daniel Lubetzky in 2002 as an international “grassroots” front of his PeaceWorks Foundation to drive Israel to fulfill his vision for the region without him bothering to become a citizen. The US State Department gave V15 millions of dollars under President Obama, and more in recent years.
Over a hundred thousand protesters rallied for the 36th straight week Saturday against the coalition’s judicial overhaul legislation, days ahead of a key showdown at the Supreme Court next week. Some 118,000 demonstrators gathered for the main protest at Kaplan Street in Tel Aviv, Channel 13 reported, citing data from the CrowdSolutions firm. Smaller rallies attracted thousands in other cities and intersections across the country. After the demonstration, some protesters blocked the Ayalon Highway’s southbound lanes.
Of course they did — there is a script for these things, and they followed it slavishly, as the rest of this article details. Reading on is a sure cure for low blood pressure...
A woman was lightly hurt when a driver drove into a group of protesters on the highway. A video showed several people arguing with protesters on the highway, before a car accelerated into the demonstrators, knocking several over before stopping as other demonstrators chased after it.

Police detained the driver.

Israeli forces arrest Fatah-linked terror operative in Jenin refugee camp
[IsraelTimes] IDF says Tanzim member Muhammad Naghnaghiya aided in carrying out series of West Bank shootings in recent months

Israeli forces raided the Jenin refugee camp in the northern West Bank on Wednesday morning, for the second time in days, arresting a suspected terror operative partially associated with the Paleostinian Authority’s ruling Fatah party.

Muhammad Naghnaghiya, a veteran member of the mostly dormant Tanzim terror group, was detained for allegedly aiding in executing a series of shooting attacks in the West Bank in recent months, according to the military.

Members of the Border Police’s undercover West Bank unit converged on a building in the Jenin refugee camp and nabbed Naghnaghiya, after receiving intelligence on his whereabouts from the Shin Bet security agency.

The Israel Defense Forces said that during the raid, Paleostinian button men shot at the forces, who returned fire.

Naghnaghiya was handed over to the Shin Bet for further questioning.

Tanzim, an armed militia founded in 1995 and loosely affiliated with the PA’s ruling Fatah party, was a key player in violence at the start of the Second Intifada in 2000.

Paleostinian media on Wednesday published a photo from the early 2000s showing Naghnaghiya with notorious terror commander Zakaria Zubeidi in the Jenin refugee camp.

Zubeidi, a senior commander in the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, was released from Israeli prison in a 2007 amnesty deal, but was rearrested a decade later. Exactly two years ago, on September 6, 2021, while still awaiting trial, Zubeidi fled Gilboa Prison — along with five other high-risk Paleostinian security prisoners — in an escape that transfixed Israelis and Paleostinians for weeks. They were all later rearrested.

The raid on Wednesday morning came less than two days after Israeli forces entered the Jenin refugee camp to arrest three members of the Hamas, a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth", terror group.

Violence has surged across the West Bank over the past year and a half, with a rise in Paleostinian shooting attacks against Israeli civilians and troops, near-nightly arrest raids by the military, and an uptick in Dire Revenge attacks by krazed killer Jewish settlers against Paleostinians.

The IDF said Wednesday morning that troops detained nine wanted Paleostinians during overnight raids elsewhere in the West Bank, with festivities in some areas.

Paleostinian attacks in Israel and the West Bank since the beginning of the year have left 27 civilians and three soldiers dead, and several others seriously maimed.

According to a tally by The Times of Israel, 180 West Bank and East Jerusalem Paleostinians have been killed during the same period — the vast majority of them during festivities with security forces or while carrying out attacks, but some were uninvolved civilians and others were killed under unclear circumstances, including by armed Israeli settlers.

Two wounded, 1 seriously, in terror stabbing near Jerusalem’s Old City Wednesday
[IsraelTimes] 17-year-old Paleostinian carries out attack with cleaver near Jaffa Gate, is arrested after brief chase; victims taken to hospital

Two people were maimed, including one seriously, in a terror stabbing attack on a promenade near Jerusalem’s Old City on Wednesday afternoon, police and medics said.

According to police, the alleged terrorist, a 17-year-old Paleostinian from East Jerusalem, carried out the attack with a cleaver just outside the Jaffa Gate entrance to the Old City.

The assailant, who attempted to flee the scene after tossing the knife, was arrested by officers following a brief chase, police said.

The Magen David Adom ambulance service said a 56-year-old Israeli man was seriously hurt after being stabbed in the upper body and a 17-year-old tourist was slightly hurt after sustaining a superficial stab wound to his abdomen. Another woman in her 50s was treated by medics for acute anxiety.

MDA said it took the seriously maimed man to Hadassah Hospital Mount Scopus in the capital in stable, pH balanced condition.

Graphic footage showed the terrorist stabbing people with the cleaver on the promenade.

The attack came after a Paleostinian woman tried to stab a police officer in the Old City on Monday night. Last Wednesday, a Paleostinian teenager stabbed and moderately hurt an Israeli man at a light rail station in Jerusalem, before being rubbed out by police.

Iran says 6 arrested for ‘organizing riots’ on anniversary of Mahsa Amini’s death
[IsraelTimes] IRGC says suspects ’active’ in last year’s protests and have criminal records, year after nationwide demonstrations sparked by death of young woman in jug of morality police

Authorities in Iran’s southwest have arrested six people accused of "organizing riots" on the first anniversary of Mahsa Amini’s death in jug which triggered nationwide protests, state media reported Saturday.

Amini, an Iranian Kurd, died on September 16, 2022, after her arrest in Tehran for an alleged breach of the Islamic Theocratic Republic’s strict dress rules for women.

The intelligence organization of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad province suspended five social media pages and arrested the six individuals behind them, it said according to the official news agency IRNA.

The IRGC accused them of "organizing riots and driving insecurity on the internet," the statement said without identifying the suspects.

"The individuals were active during last year’s riots and have criminal records," it added.

"Concurrent with attempts of the enemies to create chaos on the anniversary of last year’s riots, the administrators of these five social media pages were planning gatherings to create disturbances in the coming days."

Demonstrations across Iran

The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
in the months that followed Amini’s death saw hundreds of people killed, including dozens of security personnel, and thousands arrested in connection with what officials labeled as foreign-instigated "riots."

The latest arrests came days after the IRGC’s intelligence body and Tehran’s intelligence ministry announced they had "identified and dealt a blow" to a "riot-organizing network that was being financially supported by the US State Department."

Members of the alleged network were accused of attempts "to prepare and present an agenda for rioters to revive the atmosphere of tension and disturbance," according to a joint statement issued on Wednesday.

Two Three dead as renewed clashes rock Ain el-Helweh
[AnNahar] Two people were killed Saturday in festivities that erupted again after a relatively calm night at the Paleostinian refugee camp of Ain el-Helweh on Sidon's outskirts, official media reported.

Fresh violence broke out late Thursday in Ain el-Helweh, just weeks after deadly festivities pitted members of Paleostinian President the ineffectual Mahmoud Abbas

Ongoing fighting inside the camp on Saturday killed one person and maimed seven others, Leb

Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozeen flavors of Christians. It is the home of Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers...
's official National News Agency (NNA) said.

A source in the camp's Paleostinian leadership told AFP on condition of anonymity that the man killed was an Islamist bully boy.

The NNA said a second person was killed and several others maimed outside Ain el-Helweh by stray bullets.

While calm had largely prevailed overnight, heavy festivities broke out on Saturday morning, an AFP correspondent in Sidon said, reporting the sound of automatic weapons and rocket propelled grenades.

A public hospital directly adjacent to the camp transferred all its patients to other facilities due to the danger, its director Ahmad al-Samadi told AFP.

Ain el-Helweh is home to more than 54,000 registered refugees and thousands of Paleostinians who joined them in recent years from Syria, fleeing war in the neighboring country.

The camp, Lebanon's largest, was created for Paleostinians who were driven out or fled during the 1948 war that coincided with Israel's creation.

In the worst outbreak of violence in the camp in years, five days of festivities that began in late July left 13 people dead and dozens maimed.

Those festivities erupted after the death of an Islamist bully boy, followed by an ambush that killed five Fatah members including a military leader.

The United Nations
...an idea whose time has gone...
' resident coordinator in Lebanon, Imran Riza, on Friday urged "gangs to stop the fighting in the camp" and to "immediately" vacate schools belonging to the U.N. agency for Paleostinian refugees, UNRWA.

"The use of gangs of schools amounts to gross violations" of international law, Riza said in a statement.

Lebanon hosts an estimated 250,000 Paleostinian refugees, according to UNRWA.

Most live in one of Lebanon's 12 official camps, and face a variety of legal restrictions including on employment.

By long-standing convention, the army does not enter Paleostinian camps -- now bustling but impoverished urban districts -- leaving the factions themselves to handle security.
Civil defense teams worked alongside the Lebanese army to put out fires caused by the fighting.

The clashes erupted on Saturday despite a ceasefire agreement on Friday evening that sought to put an end to fighting in the camp between the rival groups on Thursday and Friday.

The two days of fighting left nearly two dozen dead in the densely populated, walled-off camp.

Over the years, Islamist militants have established a presence in Ain Al-Helweh, the largest of Lebanon's 12 Palestinian refugee camps.

Its estimated 54,000 residents have been joined in recent years by some 6,000 Palestinians who sought refuge from Syria's civil war, all crammed in an area covering no more than two square kilometres (0.8 square miles).

The camp, with its narrow alleyways, is surrounded by a wall erected by the Lebanese army, whose forces control all four entrances

A 1969 agreement between Beirut and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) stipulated that security in Ain Al-Helweh and the other refugee camps was to be handled by Palestinian factions rather than Lebanese forces.

The Lebanese government annulled the deal in 1987, but the army still does not enter Palestinian camps by long-standing convention.

Fatah, which controls the PLO and the Palestinian Authority, remains the most influential actor in Ain Al-Helweh, though rival factions like Hamas and Islamic Jihad threaten its hegemony.

Parts of the camp have also become bastions of Islamist cells of Lebanese and Syrian nationals, which include some fugitives.

One of the better known of them is Lebanese-Palestinian singer Fadel Shaker, who had been sentenced to 15 years in prison for supporting local Sunni extremist groups.

According to UNRWA, the United Nations' agency for Palestinian refugees, more than 80 percent of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon live in poverty.
A Lebanese security official said the three people killed on Saturday included two Palestinians inside the camp and a Lebanese man who was hit with a stray bullet while driving outside Ein el-Hilweh. The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity in line with regulations, said 10 others were wounded.

Kurdish forces arrest suspected ISIS bagman in Raqqa
[Rudaw] Kurdish counter-terrorism forces detained a suspected emir of the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
(ISIS) in the Syrian city of Raqqa on Thursday, announced the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

The Kurdish-led SDF on Friday said in a statement its Anti-Terrorism Units (YAT) raided a building in Raqqa city, arresting ISIS emir Abdulghafour Taber al-Diab (aka Abu Amir), describing him as a financial manager of ISIS "responsible for financing the ISIS terrorist cells and their terrorist acts in the region, supplying them with weapons."

"Various weapons and military equipment were confiscated during the operation," added the SDF.

The Sulaimani-based Counter-Terrorism Group (CTG) had an "active participation" in the raid and the US-led global coalition against ISIS were providing aerial support, according to the statement.

The SDF has carried out several other joint operations with the CTG, which is unofficially tied to the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK).

The US-backed force announced in a separate statement later in the day that it had ended the Operation Security Reinforcement which was launched on August 27 in Deir ez-Zor against ISIS activities. The SDF said that the operation later changed its plan, hitting Arab tribes which had sided with the Syrian regime and revolved against the Kurdish administration following the arrest of one of their SDF-affiliated commanders.

Nine civilians, 25 SDF fighters and 23 members of anti-SDF groups were killed in the operation. Four regime-affiliated fighters, two ISIS members and fifteen members of revolting tribes were arrested by the SDF, read the statement. "In addition, large quantities of weapons, ammunition, and explosives were confiscated."

Mazloum Abdi, general commander of the SDF, said on Thursday that an amnesty would be announced for those people who were arrested for their involvement in recent festivities in Deir ez-Zor, excluding those affiliated to the regime.
