[NYPOST] A convicted member of the Sinaloa cartel who was pals with the son of placed in durance vile Drop the rod and step away witcher hands up! drug kingpin Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman and loved flaunting pictures of himself posing with Al Pacino and other celebrities was bumped off along an industrial stretch near Los Angeles, authorities said.
Eduardo Escobedo, 39, was one of two men killed Thanksgiving morning along Towne Avenue in Willowbrook, Calif., according to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner and Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. The other victim was convicted drug pusherGuillermo De Los Angeles Jr., 47, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Escobedo was nicknamed "El Mago," which translates to "The Magician." Once the cartel’s top marijuana trafficker, he served four years and nine months in a federal lockup for conspiring to distribute more than 10,000 kilos of pot — about 22,000 lbs — and laundering drug proceeds. He was released in 2018.
Escobedo and De Los Angeles died at the scene after sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of shots being fired in the industrial area filled with warehouses. A third man was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening gunshot wounds. He was not identified.
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] It comes just two months after Eagle Pass had to declare emergency when 4,000 migrants have crossed the border.
Mayor Rolando Salinas of Eagle Pass signed an Emergency Declaration after the new surge of migrants started arriving at the weekend.
Salinas also stated the city of Eagle Pass would not be opening a shelter: 'We don't have the funds or resources to do that.'
Videos posted to social media showed hordes of migrants in Eagle Pass, as lax policies by the Biden Administration continue to allow floods of aliens into the US and inundate southern cities.
The rush of migrants into the town also led the city to shut down Eagle Pass Bridge 1 at 6pm local time. Vehicles were forced to use the second bridge to cross into or return from Mexico.
The closure was because of the significant migrant influx, city leaders said.
Eagle Pass is one of the border towns that has been crushed in recent months by the influx of migrants.
Valeria Wheeler operates a shelter in the area and told WOAI in San Antonio, Texas, they plan to open a new shelter on Thursday. That will take their space from 8,000 square feet to 25,000 square feet.
'The big difference here is that we are offering space for up to 200 people to stay overnight. Mothers and children will be more comfortable,' Wheeler told the outlet.
A migrant from Venezuela at the shelter made the trip with her 18-month-old son. She said she crossed the Darien Gap in Panama before riding on trains to the border.
The woman added if she knew today what she did when she left, she would not have embarked on the dangerous trip.
Most migrant encounters are single adults, at 64.9 percent, but almost 600,000 are individuals in a family unit and there have been 109,298 unaccompanied minors crossing the border.
Texas has been using razor wire to block migrants illegally entering as it battles a challenge from the Biden administration seeking to stop it from building a buoy barrier in the Rio Grande.
Strange that there is almost no legacy media coverage of this.
About 2 million people – from every country on Earth – are entering through the US southern border every year.
The number is rising rapidly, yet no preventive action is taken by the current administration. https://t.co/EF7HTS1ktT

Was was a public moral piece about a firefighter, and because it is 2023 he is a white middle age man, who long ago saved a child from a fire and performed CPR, saved this kid's life. He is now a young black man. Covered in tatoos, living like shit, and has the face of someone who has never worked and somehow managed to stay sober for the interview.
Cut back to the firefighter, and bless his soul he kept the face his eyes deceived.

[ShabelleMedia] A multi-agency security team raided an al-Shabaab ... the Islamic version of the old Somali warlord... makeshift camp at Dabalwein in Ijara, Garissa County and killed one bad boy, police said.
An unknown number of suspects escaped with injuries in the Tuesday evening raid, police aware of the operation said.
The team recovered three AK47 magazines, 90 rounds of ammunition, medicines, foodstuff and personal effects.
They also recovered medical supplies and Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) making materials, police said.
Police said they have heightened operations to pursue the gunnies in Garissa County and other counties to pre-empt planned attacks in the country.
This is the latest such incident to happen in the area.
Officials say most of the snuffies had set up camps in Garissa which they have been using to launch attacks on motorists and government vehicles.
On November 4, at least two members of the terror group who had been acting as doctors for the group were killed in a raid by police in their camp in Fafi, Garissa County.
Police said the incident happened at a medical camp for the gang in the Hagarso area.
The team on the ground said the two slain al-Shabaab ’doctors’ had been treating gunnies injured by security agencies.
Police have since traced some of the recovered medicine to a hospital in Garissa town. The owners of the hospital are under probe.
They however argue they are not in charge or in control of the medicine sold.
The security teams in the area also last month destroyed a logistics base used by al-Shabaab gunnies in Dahun in Fafi, Garissa county and recovered assorted foodstuffs.
The operation recovered rice, sugar and water.
The officers destroyed the food and continued to pursue the snuffies who were using the base.
Police said by the time the team arrived, the snuffies had escaped.
Police say the area is being used as a logistics base for the snuffies who move to attack targets and retreat there.

[ShabelleMedia] A senior al-Shabaab ... Somalia's version of the Taliban, functioning as an arm of al-Qaeda... commander reportedly surrendered to the Ottoman Turkish-trained military elite — Gorgor based in the Harardhere district of Mudug region.
Abdirahman Hiiti Ibrahim, (Abu Abdirahman) was in charge of al-Shabaab’s operations in the Nurdugle and Gulane areas in the Middle Shabelle region, south of Somalia.
"Abdirahman said he defected after facing a difficult situation within al-Shabaab holy warriors who are fighting each other now," said the country’s military command in a statement.
The defector who did not disclose the department he was in charge of, indicated that he has been a member of al-Shabaab for 7 years and took part in many battles in Somalia.
The latest surrender coincides with the recent increase in the number of al-Shabaab members defecting to the Somali government following an amnesty offer by the president.
The Somali government claimed it has gained ground in its war with al-Shabaab, mainly in central Somalia since the launch of an all-out military offensive in August last year.
In conjunction with clan militias, the national army has dislodged al-Shabaab from nearly 100 areas in Galmudug ...a semiautonomous region in central Somalia, bordering Puntland on the north. Galmudug is not trying to obtain international recognition as a separate nation, but rather considers itself autonomous within the larger Somali federalism, for what that's worth... and HirShabelle, marking a breakthrough in the fifteen-year war.
[Garowe] Four Moroccan nationals were recently arrested in the Puntland ...a region in northeastern Somalia, centered on Garowe in the Nugaal province. Its leaders declared the territory an autonomous state in 1998. Puntland and the equally autonomous Somaliland seem to have avoided the clan rivalries and warlordism that have typified the rest of Somalia, which puts both places high on the list for Islamic subversion... state of Somalia, following suspicions that they are members of IS-Somalia, a terror group which is domiciled in the Golis mountains, and who have been trying to wage attacks against security forces.
Sadiq Ali, the spokesperson of the Somali Police Force, said the four were arrested on November 18th in Cal Miskaad mountains where the group usually plots attacks before targeting members of security teams, innocent civilians, and at times senior government officials.
The police, Sadiq said, are piecing together evidence to establish how the four arrived in northeastern Somalia without being detected by security agencies. They are currently being interrogated by security teams to establish their relationship with ISIS.
The arrest of the four almost coincided with the repulsion of the ISIS attack in Bosaso, the commercial capital of Puntland state. Reports indicated that an IS-Somalia attack targeting workers at a construction site was thwarted by hawk-eyed security forces.
In January 2023, ISIS bandidosDeath Eaters engaged Puntland Regional Forces in a fierce shootout. The "battle" was defensive on IS-Somalia's part, with the bad boy group saying it was "repelling" a Puntland state attack, aided by U.S. forces and air power, on it in the Cal Miskaad Mountains.
At that time, the bandidosDeath Eaters claimed 10 soldiers were killed. ISIS also showed training of a handful of fighters it says to make one of its "security detachments," units tasked with liquidations, planting IEDs, and conducting surveillance on Somali government and ATMIS forces, including in and around Mogadishu:
Despite being unable to overtake its chief rival, al-Shabaab ... Somalia's version of the Taliban, functioning as an arm of al-Qaeda... , and despite its reach significantly decreasing since 2017, IS-Somalia still maintains underground cells in Mogadishu, Bosaso, and other parts of Somalia; its chief base of operations remains Puntland state of Somalia.
Somalia is engaged in the fight against al-Shabaab and ISIS in an operation that has managed to down over 4,000 bandidosDeath Eaters in the last year. President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has insisted that the war will continue until the groups are defeated by the military.

[Garowe] Suspected forces of Evil killed at least 14 people in an attack on a village in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo ...formerly the Congo Free State, Belgian Congo, Zaire, and who knows what else, not to be confused with the Brazzaville Congo aka Republic of Congo, which is much smaller and much more (for Africa) stable. DRC gave the world Patrice Lumumba and Joseph Mobutu, followed by years of tedious civil war. Its principle industry seems to be the production of corpses. With a population of about 74 million it has lots of raw material... on Thursday night, a local official, a civil society leader, and a survivor said on Friday.
The assailants are believed to be rebels from the Allied Democratic Forces ...established in the early 1990s through an agreement between portions of Uganda’s Salaf Tabliq Islamic sect and the National Army for the Liberation of Uganda (NALU), who said they had been sidelined by Museveni’s policies. At the time, the rebels staged deadly attacks in Ugandan villages and the capital, including a 1998 attack in which 80 students were massacred. A Ugandan military operation later forced the ADF into eastern Congo. The ADF has since established ties with the Islamic State group. The ADF has received funding from the Government of Sudan, which has also provided supplies and training. The ADF may also have received funding from the illegal mining and logging industries of the DRC.... They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... and frequently raids villages, sometimes with machetes and hatchets.
The forces of Evil attacked the village of Makodu at night when locals were sleeping in their homes.
Civil society leader Marcel Nzanzu and survivor Dieudonné Kakule told Rooters that nobody was expecting it.
The mayor of Oicha, the town located in eastern North Kivu province, told Rooters that ADF rebels killed civilians with knives and firearms before fleeing.
"For the time being, calm has returned to the area, even if the residents are afraid," said Mayor Nicolas Kikuku, adding that some bodies have arrived at Oicha's morgue.
Nzanzu said that after the attack some residents headed for areas considered safe.

Tens of thousands of demonstrators, some waving Israeli and British flags, marched against antisemitism through central London on Sunday.

"The hate has got to disappear. You can’t have hate on either side," 69-year-old retiree Michael Jennings told AFP, as the march began outside the Royal Courts of Justice.
Demonstrators, who were joined by ex-prime minister Boris Johnson, held posters that read "Zero tolerance for antisemitism" as they walked to parliament.
They also displayed photographs of Israelis and foreigners kidnapped by Hamas murderous Moslems on October 7, when the group launched a devastating cross-border attack, sending thousands of murderous Moslems to breach the border and rampage through the south, overrunning communities and slaughtering those they found. The attackers killed over 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and kidnapped roughly 240 people of all ages and took them to Gaza.
"We’re here to support Israel. We’re here to ask for the release of all the hostages," 52-year-old Debby Goldberg told AFP, a large Israeli flag wrapped around her shoulders.

"We’re not here about hating people. We’re not here to shout for murder. On the seventh of October, we woke up to a new reality and we are all traumatized by that," he told AFP.
Plotniarz and other protesters wore stickers that said: "Our love is stronger than your hate."
"We just want to see our babies, our wives, our brothers, sisters, everyone back home," Plotniarz added.
A third set of 14 Israeli hostages was released by Hamas on Sunday in exchange for Paleostinian security prisoners as a delicate pause in the seven-week war held.
Johnson was joined by the UK’s Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis and other senior government officials at the march to express solidarity with the Jewish community. Organizers billed it as the largest gathering against antisemitism in London for decades.
Gideon Falter, the chief executive of Campaign Against Antisemitism, said that the rally came after weeks of pro-Paleostinian protests that had made the capital a "no-go zone for Jews."
During Sunday’s march, police arrested far-right agitator Tommy Robinson who had been told by Jewish leaders to stay clear of the demonstration. Police said he refused to leave after he was warned about concerns that his presence would cause "harassment, alarm, and distress to others."
A Jewish charity, the Community Security Trust (CST), has said that in the 40 days from the initial Hamas attack to November 15, it recorded at least 1,324 antisemitic incidents across Britannia.
That was the highest-ever total for a 40-day period since it began logging incidents in 1984, and it compares with 217 incidents reported in the same period in 2022.

Unfortunately, "zero tolerance" has gotten us results like the kids expelled or suspended from school for drawing a stick figure soldier (with a gun) pointing their fingers like a gun at recess or chewing their toaster breakfast pastry "into the shape of a gun" at snack time. In the end, "zero tolerance" is a rule made almost to order for the most mindless rule enforcer.
It's all good fun until it is used against you.

[IsraelTimes] Shooter, a white man with a handgun who fired ’without speaking,’ expeditiously departed at a goodly pace; two of the victims were wearing black-and-white Paleostinian keffiyehs
That is, of course, an alleged white man. Unless and until convicted of the proper skin colour, we cannot know what shade he presents as ... or actually self-defines as, not to mention whether he self-defines or presents as male.
Three young Paleostinian men were shot and injured in Burlington, Vermont, on Saturday while in the city for a Thanksgiving holiday gathering, in what may have been a hate crime, US authorities said Sunday.
One of the three was seriously hurt in the shooting near the University of Vermont.
The shooter has been identified only as a white man with a handgun, who, "without speaking... discharged at least four rounds" at the victims" before fleeing the scene, Burlington Police Chief Jon Murad said in a statement.
Murad said all three victims were of Paleostinian descent. Two are US citizens and one is a legal resident. Two of the men were wearing black-and-white Paleostinian keffiyeh scarves.
"The fact is that we don’t yet know as much as we want to right now. But I urge the public to avoid making conclusions based on statements from uninvolved parties who know even less," Murad said.
The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee appeared more confident that the shooting was racially motivated, saying in a statement that the victims were Paleostinian American college students and that there was "reason to believe this shooting occurred because the victims are Arab."
The man shouted and harassed the victims, who were conversing in Arabic, then proceeded to shoot them, ADC said, in an apparent contradiction to the report that he shot without speaking.
The outbreak of the Israel-Hamas ...a regional Iranian catspaw,... war — sparked by an onslaught by Hamas Death Eaters on southern Israel on October 7 in which over 1,200 people, most of them civilians, were slaughtered — has seen a major uptick in antisemitism in the US and around the world but Islamophobia ...the irrational fear that Moslems will act the way they usually do... has also been on the rise as well. Last month, a 6-year-old Paleostinian-American boy was killed and his mother was maimed when a man entered their Illinois home and opened fire, targeting them because of their heritage, police said.
An FBI spokesperson said the agency was in touch with local law enforcement about Saturday’s incident in Vermont and was prepared to open its own probe if "information comes to light of a potential federal violation."
The Council on American-Islamic Relations ... the Moslem Brüderbund's American arm ... has offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest or conviction of the person or people responsible for the shootings, the organization said in a statement.
The White House said US President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. The very model of probity.... had been briefed on the incident and Bernie Sanders ...The only first openly Socialist member of the U.S. Senate. Sanders was Representative-for-Life from Vermont until moving to the Senate for the rest of his life in 2006, assuming the seat vacated by Jim Jeffords. He ran for the 2016 nomination for president, to be cheated out of it by Hillary Clinton, then went back to being an Independent socialist, waiting for 2020 to roll around... — one of Vermont’s two US senators — condemned the "shocking and deeply upsetting" attack, saying he "looks forward to a full investigation."

Perhaps Mr. Eaton objects to private school students. From Tolo News:
The families identified the victims as Hisham Awartani, a student at Brown University in Rhode Island; Kinnan Abdel Hamid, a student at Haverford College in Pennsylvania; and Tahseen Ahmed, who attends Trinity College in Connecticut. All three are graduates of the Ramallah Friends School, a private Quaker secondary school in the Israeli-occupied West Bank, the families said.
Two of the students were visiting the home of the third student's family in Burlington for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Police said all three remained under medical care on Sunday, two with gunshot wounds in their torsos and one shot in the lower extremities. "Two are stable, while one has sustained much more serious injuries," police said.

[IsraelTimes] Osama Bani Fadl suspected in shooting of Shay Silas Nigreker and son Aviad Nir at carwash in West Bank town of Huwara; 8 Paleostinians reported killed in festivities
Israeli troops arrested Osama Bani Fadl, a Paleostinian wanted on suspicion of killing an Israeli father and son in a terror attack in the West Bank town of Huwara in August, the Israel Defense Forces and Shin Bet security agency said in a joint statement Sunday.
Shay Silas Nigreker, 60, and his 28-year-old son Aviad Nir, residents of Ashdod, were bumped off at a carwash in the town, south of Nablus.
The arrest came during 24 hours of intense festivities in the West Bank in which eight Paleostinians were killed, according to Paleostinian health officials.
Bani Fadl was arrested in the Jenin refugee camp during an hours-long operation. The IDF and Shin Bet said he was armed and hiding in an apartment used by local terror operatives.
Troops were searching a home in Jenin when they found Bani Fadl hiding in an attic space, above a door hidden behind a double wall, footage released by the IDF showed. He was found hiding with an M-16 rifle, magazines, and a Hamas ...always the voice of sweet reason... flag.
The suspected terrorist’s home in Aqraba, near Nablus, was mapped out for demolition days after the shooting attack.
Nigreker, a native of India, and son Nir, were rubbed out by a terrorist who approached on foot and opened fire from close range with a handgun. The gunman then fled.
Huwara has long been a flashpoint in the West Bank, with a main thoroughfare running through the town also being used regularly by Israelis to travel to and from settlements.
In a separate statement, the IDF said other operations were carried out in Jenin. Clashes broke out between Israeli troops and rioters who threw bombs. There were also firefights between local button men and security forces.
The Jenin raid was spearheaded by soldiers of the 646th Reserve Brigade. Reservists have been used in the West Bank rather than troops of the standing army, as many of Israel’s frontline soldiers are participating in the war that erupted last month against the terror group Hamas in the Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The IDF said that in Jenin, troops killed five Paleostinian button men, maimed others, and arrested 21 wanted Paleostinians. It also said a dronezap was carried out against a group of armed Paleostinians that had "endangered our forces."
The Paleostinian Authority Health Ministry said that five Paleostinians were killed in Jenin, and three others were killed in separate areas of the West Bank since Saturday morning. One of those killed, in al-Bireh in the central West Bank, was a teenager, the ministry said.
Paleostinian media reported that one person was killed in a dronezap on a house in the Damaj neighborhood of the Jenin refugee camp that also injured four other people. The Wafa news agency reported Sunday that another Paleostinian man was rubbed out during an IDF raid in the village of Yatma, south of Nablus.
During the Jenin operation, an explosive laboratory was destroyed, the IDF said. Engineering troops also uncovered bombs hidden at the sides of and beneath roads. The troops also seized weapons, explosives, and other military and surveillance equipment, the IDF said.
The Paleostinian Authority’s Jenin Governorate called for a general strike on Sunday as a mark of mourning, local media reported.
Jenin has been the focus of a previous large-scale raids by the military during the recent unrest.
The IDF is preparing for a possible escalation of violence following the release of Paleostinian prisoners in the exchange deal for kidnapped Israeli hostages that began over the weekend. A major concern is rioting in villages and cities leading to festivities with security forces as well as possible terror attacks on Israelis traveling on roads in the West Bank.

In a statement, the military wing of Hamas, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, said Ahmed Ghandour, the commander of its northern Gaza brigade; Ayman Siam, the head of Hamas’s rocket firing array; as well as Wael Rajab and Raafat Salman were killed.
The Israel Defense Forces had previously said it had targeted Ghandour and Siam, but did not confirm they had been killed. After Hamas’s announcement, the IDF confirmed it had killed Ghandour, Siam, Rajab, Salman, and Farsan Khalifa, another senior member.
Israel has vowed to destroy Hamas and remove it from power in Gaza after the terror group carried out a devastating cross-border attack on October 7 that killed over 1,200 people in Israel, mostly civilians. Around 240 people were kidnapped and taken hostage in Gaza as thousands of turbans rampaged for hours through southern areas.
Earlier this month the military said it hit top Hamas commanders in a pair of recent Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... s against the terror group’s underground infrastructure in Gaza.
IDF Spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari did not at the time specify whether the senior Hamas officials were killed in the airstrikes. The army has targeted several of the listed individuals multiple times in the past 15 years.
One strike targeted a tunnel where several senior Hamas military commanders were hiding, including Ghandour and Siam, Hagari said.
The other strike targeted a tunnel where senior members of Hamas’s politburo were hiding, including Rawhi Mushtaha, Essam al-Dalis and Sameh al-Siraj, he added.
Hagari said at the time that "Hamas is trying to hide the results of the strike."
Ghandour was the head of the Hamas military wing’s northern Gaza brigade and one of the most senior military officials in the terror group. He was said to be a close confidant of Hamas military chief Muhammed Deif, and oversaw the kidnapping of IDF soldier Gilad Shalit in 2006.
Ghandour is believed to have survived several IDF liquidation attempts, including in 2002 and 2012, and the US State Department designated him as a global terrorist in 2017.
He served time in Israeli prisons from 1988 to 1994 and was tossed in the clink Maw! They're comin' to get me, Maw! by the Paleostinian Authority from 1995 to 2000.
Siam has served as the head of Hamas’s rocket firing array. He also once served as the commander of Hamas’s artillery forces.
Israel has previously attempted to assassinate Siam, including in 2009 and 2014.
Rajab was Ghandour’s deputy, also serving as an operations officer in Hamas’s northern Gaza brigade. He once served as head of police in northern Gaza, and the commander of Hamas’s Beit Lahiya battalion.
Salman was the head of Hamas’s combat support array in northern Gaza. He previously served as the deputy to the head of the terror group’s northern Gaza brigade.
The IDF said he was involved in the planning of the October 7 onslaught, specifically the use of paragliders to infiltrate into Israel.
Salman was killed in the same strike as Ghandour and Rajab, according to the IDF.
Khalifa was a senior commander in Hamas’s so-called West Bank headquarters, from which the terror group directs attacks against Israel from the West Bank.
The IDF said Khalifa was close to senior Hamas members, and worked to direct attacks against Israel, most recently by recruiting a terror cell in the Nur Shams refugee camp near the West Bank city of Tulkarem.
Israel has largely focused its operations so far on northern Gaza, urging residents to flee south while still targeting terror sites in the lower half of the Strip.
Most of the enclave’s population of 2.3 million people is now sheltering in southern Gaza, where the IDF believes Hamas’s remaining leaders are hiding in tunnels.
[IsraelTimes] Defense Minister Yoav Gallant says the IDF has killed more than 100 Hezbollah members, and destroyed dozens of its observation posts, weapons depots and other sites amid the fighting in northern Israel.
"The combination of all these tactical achievements will translate into a different situation, which will later allow the return of the residents [of northern Israel] under completely different conditions than when we started this campaign," Gallant says following an assessment in northern Israel.
[IsraelTimees] Syrian media says runways targeted, putting it out of service again; no reports of casualties
Alleged Israeli Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... s on Sunday made Syria’s Damascus airport inoperable just hours after flights had resumed, following a similar attack last month.
Syrian media reported Israeli airstrikes against Damascus International Airport and other targets near the capital.
Syria’s state-run news agency ...and if you can't trust the state-run news agency who can you believe?... , SANA, citing a military source, said Israeli fighter jets fired missiles from the Golan Heights and hit Damascus International Airport and a number of other sites in the area. The pro-government Sham FM radio said the runway at the airport was hit.
SANA claimed that Syrian air defenses intercepted "most" of the Israeli missiles. The Syrian military regularly claims to shoot down incoming missiles, which analysts largely dismiss as empty boasts.
The state-run agency said that "material damage" was caused to the airport, putting it out of service.
There were no reports of casualties in the strikes.
