Minnesota State Senator Nicole Mitchell (D) was just arrested for 1st-degree burglary
[TWITTER]

#1  Mitchell was arrested while the Senate is on its Passover break. Her arrest comes at an awkward time for Senate Democrats, who hold just a one-seat majority with four weeks left in the legislative session. Her absence would make it difficult to pass any legislation that lacks bipartisan support.

#2  She still serves as lieutenant colonel in the Air National Guard, commanding a weather unit.

Her 'balloon' just got BUSTED.

Don't forget the Suspensions of Favorable Personnel Action (AR 600-8-2 'FLAG') as well as suspension of security clearance.

#3  Dispatchers received a 911 call at 4:45 a.m. from a homeowner about “an active burglary in process at her residence,” (local police chief) Todd said in an interview

Because speculation is so much fun, I'm going with some sort of love triangle gone bad thing.

#5  From the article: "not immediately return a call left on the jail's voicemail system for inmates"
WTF?!

#6  “Public records and an obituary posted by a Detroit Lakes funeral home show that Mitchell’s father, who died last month, and stepmother lived on the same block of the same road in Detroit Lakes as where the senator was arrested. The stepmother did not immediately return a call seeking comment.”

Maybe she was pre-gaming the estate distribution.

#7  MN Dem State Senator Burgled Stepmom’s Home to Steal Father’s Effects. “So this was intentional and malicious,” former Minnesota resident Ed Morrissey writes. “Still, that’s not quite enough for first-degree burglary in Minnesota, as I noted yesterday. That usually applies when the burglar has a weapon or commits an assault. The indictment should be very, very interesting in this case. Stay tuned.

#8  ^ Not a lawyer, but the law seems to read a bit differently

Minnesota Law
609.582 BURGLARY.
§Subdivision 1.Burglary in the first degree. Whoever enters a building without consent and with intent to commit a crime, or enters a building without consent and commits a crime while in the building, either directly or as an accomplice, commits burglary in the first degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 20 years or to payment of a fine of not more than $35,000, or both, if:
(a) the building is a dwelling and another person, not an accomplice, is present in it when the burglar enters or at any time while the burglar is in the building;

(b) the burglar possesses, when entering or at any time while in the building, any of the following: a dangerous weapon, any article used or fashioned in a manner to lead the victim to reasonably believe it to be a dangerous weapon, or an explosive; or

(c) the burglar assaults a person within the building or on the building's appurtenant property.

Subd. 1a.Mandatory minimum sentence for burglary of occupied dwelling. A person convicted of committing burglary of an occupied dwelling, as defined in subdivision 1, clause (a), must be committed to the commissioner of corrections or county workhouse for not less than six months.

Not a chance in hell. That is a resume padder for sure in the DNC and will get her a promotion.

Police Website Reveals CDC Suppressing Defensive Gun Use Data
[TTAG] Moved to Tuesday
According to a report from Law Enforcement Today, recent revelations have exposed the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for allegedly suppressing data on defensive gun use (DGU). This action has ignited debates over the transparency and potential politicization of the agency’s research on gun policy and public health.

The CDC, which studies various factors contributing to injury and mortality including firearm incidents, has been criticized for omitting defensive gun use statistics from its public communications. Despite commissioning a study from The National Academies’ Institute of Medicine and National Research Council, which recognized DGUs as a “common occurrence,” the CDC chose to exclude these statistics following pressure from gun-control advocates.

Documents obtained via Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests revealed that individuals such as Mark Bryant of the Gun Violence Archive, Devin Hughes of GVPedia, and Po Murray engaged with top CDC officials. They were introduced by the White House and Senator Dick Durbin’s office and pressed the CDC to downplay DGU frequencies, which range from estimates of 60,000 to 2.5 million annually in the U.S.

Mark Bryant was particularly outspoken, vehemently opposing the highest estimates of DGU. He was quoted in correspondence saying, “that statistic needs to be killed, buried, dug up, killed again and buried again. It is highly misleading, used out of context, and holds zero value even as an outlier in honest discussions surrounding DGUs.”

Despite initial reluctance, the CDC ultimately removed references to DGUs from its publications, a move that has been perceived as aligning the agency more with gun-control advocacy groups than with unbiased scientific inquiry. This has raised concerns about the CDC’s commitment to providing comprehensive and unbiased data.

Gary Kleck, professor emeritus at Florida State University’s College of Criminology and Criminal Justice and a long-time researcher of DGUs, criticized the CDC’s actions, suggesting they indicate the agency is a tool of gun-control advocates rather than a neutral body. Kleck, whose research supports at least 760,000 DGUs annually, emphasized the importance of rigorous methodology and empirical evidence in academic research.

‘Outrageous lies by Joe Biden, Attorney General Merrick Garland, and DOJ/Jack Smith about ‘independence’ from investigations into Trump.’[

#1  From day 1 of the Biden Admin NARA was trying to frame Trump. Of course, a bureaucracy is incapable of rapid action, so they planned this during the Trump Administration. Not really how our government is supposed to work.

COVER-UP EXPOSED: Judge Cannon Unmasks Redacted Documents Revealing Biden White House Direct Ties to Mar-a-Lago Raid, Jack Smith Investigation
[Gateway] Judge Aileen Cannon on Monday ordered key evidence in Jack Smith’s classified documents case to be unredacted.

The newly unredacted documents revealed Biden’s White House had direct ties to the Mar-a-Lago raid. The Biden Regime was also directly tied to Jack Smith’s investigation despite claims to the contrary from US Attorney General Merrick Garland.

Before with redactions: Jack Smith wanted to hide the fact that the National Archives had several conversations with the Biden White House.

But given the clear political abuse of the courts and all these literally "Trumped Up" charges.

The O'Biden Regime still has control of a NON-constitutionally run, but a politically focused FBI & DOJ.

What can America do?
They now control:
* the voting system,
* the vote counting,
* the arrest process,
* the indictment process,
* the politically tainted Jury Selection process,
* the openly double standard for the application of justice,
* the ability to use a well arm IRS for political revenge,
* the education of a future generation of National Socialist Indoctrinated youth corps ,

and more?

With each new revelation of their criminal deeds, it becomes more clear why the DC Swamp, Liberals, Socialists & Democrats fear MAGA and why they oppose an armed citizenry.

The question is no longer IF.
But WHEN, will they push for even stronger FED controls going into this election, to reduce citizen rights?

Because they must fear having a constitutional operated Justice System again. A system which would quickly arrest and indict them for their many treasonous and felony level crimes, these last 4 years.

#5  This is a conspiracy world of truth. The fully redacted evidence shows white house directing, even though there is nothing there.
More conspiracy is the chem trails, guess that was true too, just ask the UAE how all that goes.
Now we are hearing of 1.7 million new voter in Texas, ALL DEMOCRAT. More than enough to turn Texas blue.
I wish we would all put a conspiracy theory out there that does our nation good, not harm...
